Where Breath and Strength Create Ease.

The Tower adds spring resistance and support to create a highly adaptable workout that builds strength, mobility, posture, and body awareness. It's an excellent choice for beginners, those recovering from injury, and experienced clients alike because exercises can be tailored to provide either extra assistance or greater challenge while promoting balanced, efficient movement, precision and control.

Reformer Pilates uses spring-based resistance to build core strength, alignment, flexibility, and efficient movement. Adaptable for all levels, it can be supportive and restorative or progressively challenging. It expands on the principles of mat Pilates with greater precision and control.

Clients gain:

  • Strength without strain

  • Improved posture and alignment

  • Confidence in how their body functions

  • True core support for breath and performance

HI! I’m Colleen. Pilates became essential to me after spinal fusion for scoliosis and three C-sections, when I had to relearn how to build strength safely and move with confidence in a body that required thoughtful progression. As a professional voice teacher, singer, and mother of three, I understand the physical demands of daily life, work, and performance. I offer individualized Reformer and Tower Pilates rooted in breath, alignment, and intelligent strength — for adults who want to feel steady, capable, and free in their movement, including performing artists seeking greater support and coordination. I am a certified Balanced Body Reformer Instructor and completed Apprenticeship training at Core Pilates in St. Paul, MN.
